"And (it is) a Quran which We have divided (into parts), in order that you might recite it to men at intervals. And We have revealed it by stages."
[Al-Israa 17:106]

"So when you want to recite the Quran, seek refuge with Allah from Shaytaan, the outcast (the cursed one)."
[Al-Nahl 16:98]

Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The most superior among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Quran and teach it."

"Then High above all be Allah, the True King. And be not in haste (O Muhammad) with the Quran before its revelation is completed to you, and say: "My Lord! Increase me in knowledge."
[Ta-Ha 20:114]

"Verily, We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) the Book (this Quran) for mankind in truth. So whosoever accepts the guidance, it is only for his ownself; and whosoever goes astray, he goes astray only for his (own) loss. And you (O Muhammad) are not a Wakeel (trustee or disposer of affairs, or guardian) over them"
